UTILITIES

Water/sewer/trash:  The leasing office will set up for resident through Minol (Men-ole).  Resident can pay Minol directly or pay the office with a separate check.

Electric:  The leasing office will set up for resident through Minol.  Resident can pay Minol directly or pay the office with a separate check. 

Gas:  The leasing office will set up for resident through Minol.  Resident can pay Minol directly or pay the office with a separate check. Resident required to set up through the office.

Other fees:   $40.00 per month Common Area Maintenance Fee.  (helps maintain the amenity and common areas)

Renters Insurance required and the preferred provider is Assurant.  Assurant can be reached at 855-256-0860.   Renter’s Insurance Requirement - We require all residents to carry a minimum of $100,000 Personal Liability Insurance.
